Vanessa, Chip, and Vanessa's parents made the trip to Indy this weekend for a wedding reception in Clay City. We enjoyed spending the day/evening with them in Indy on Saturday. First on the agenda - the Indiana State Fair. We had to show the Green family Indiana at its finest, right? Since our nephew Hunter had won his division in the pig showing competition in Clay County, he was at the state fair with his pig to compete. Alex, our niece, also showed her pig at the fair. I don't really know how it all works, but I do know they really enjoy and do well at it!
Our niece, Demi. She doesn't show pigs yet, but she said she can't wait for next year when she will be old enough!

The winner of the best litter was MUCH cuter. Still stinky though.
While it was fun to see the kids with their pigs, I don't think I will be showing pigs anytime soon.

ReplyDeleteNo we didn't take the fair train. We were coming from downtown with Chip and Vanessa. It looks fun though - Liam would probably like it!
